Vertex Non-Profit Holdings, Inc., an affiliated organization of the High Technology Foundation, headquartered within the I-79 Technology Park, Fairmont, WV, seeks individual proposals for (1) security, (2) janitorial, (3) landscaping/ groundskeeping services for the Robert H. Mollohan Research Center property located at 1000 Galliher Drive in Fairmont, WV. Any insured service provider is invited to submit their proposal(s), including capabilities, experience, proposed services, and cost.
Vendor(s) must request specifications for the Request For Proposal (RFP) of interest by emailing [email protected] no later than 4:00 pm on June 4, 2020.
Vendors requesting RFP(s) will be notified of the site visit conference date(s).
The service provider(s) will be selected based upon documented capabilities, experience and qualifications, proposed services, and cost. Service contracts for security, janitorial, and landscaping/groundskeeping may be awarded independently (i.e. 3 separate contracts) or to one service provider (one contract).
